# Your workspace, a Telegram message away.

Ask about a project or make a focused change without waiting to get back to your desk.

A useful thought rarely arrives when the right document is already open. Integrity’s Telegram bot gives you another way to reach the workspace: ask a question, send material, or request a change from a conversation.

This is a connection to the workspace assistant. It is different from connecting a personal Telegram account for reading your own chats.

## Connect the right workspace

Open **Settings → Telegram bot** in Integrity and follow the Telegram link. In the bot, use `/connect` and the **Connect a workspace** button. Sign in and choose a workspace you belong to.

The connection acts with the access of the member who connected it. In Settings, you can review connected chats, revoke a connection, bind it to an agent, or make it read-only. Start with a private conversation if you are trying the workflow for the first time.

## Start with a precise question

Ask about an existing piece of work:

> In the Autumn launch project, what is still undecided in the campaign brief?

Specific project names help the assistant find the right context. If there are several similar documents, ask it to identify the one it found before changing anything.

A follow-up might be:

> Add “test the signup flow on a phone” under the brief’s next steps. Keep the other notes as they are.

These are example requests, not a transcript of a completed run. Read the assistant’s response and open the linked work to verify the change. A read-only connection can answer questions but cannot perform the edit.

## Send the material with the thought

The bot supports photos, documents, voice notes, audio, and video. You can send a reference and say what it is for rather than leaving it in an unrelated saved-messages list.

Give the destination and your intent. “Put this reference in the Autumn launch project and note why we liked its typography” is more actionable than sending an unexplained image.

AI work uses the workspace’s available credits. A Telegram connection is another way to reach that work, not a separate unlimited allowance.

## Use groups deliberately

In a connected group, the assistant receives the conversation from the point it joins so that it has context when asked. Mention it or reply to one of its messages when you want its attention. Forum topics keep separate conversation threads.

Everyone in the group should understand that connection. Review which member’s access it uses and consider read-only mode when the group needs answers but should not request workspace changes. The connector’s permissions matter; adding the bot is not the same as giving every participant a separate workspace membership.

## Make the handoff easy to check

The best mobile request is small enough to verify. Capture the idea, name its destination, and check the result when you return to the project.

For work that needs comparison, layout, or close reading, open Integrity and keep the relevant material side by side. Telegram is a convenient doorway; the project remains the place where the work comes together.
