Using the Zoom integration
- In Integrity, open Settings → Zoom and click Connect Zoom, then approve the requested access.
- Make sure your Zoom plan has cloud recording with audio transcript enabled (Zoom settings → Recording).
- Record a meeting to the cloud. When Zoom finishes transcribing, the meeting appears in your workspace's Meetings section automatically — no upload needed.
- Optional: in Settings → Zoom, choose a summary template and a destination document for imported meetings, or turn auto-summarize off.
Disconnecting Zoom
Settings → Zoom → Disconnect stops new imports and deletes the stored connection and tokens. Removing Integrity from your Zoom account's installed apps does the same. Meetings already imported stay in your workspace until you delete them.
Common issues
- No meeting appears after a recording — confirm the recording was a cloud recording and that the audio transcript finished processing in Zoom (it can lag the video by a few minutes).
- No summary generated — check that Auto-summarize is on in Settings → Zoom; you can always run Summarize on the meeting itself.
