Inviting someone to a project should be a decision about the work. In Integrity, it does not add another seat charge.
Every current workspace plan includes unlimited teammates, including Free. The subscription belongs to the workspace. Plans differ in the capacity available for AI work, storage, uploads, and history.
What stays flat
If your workspace is on Starter, inviting another teammate does not turn one Starter subscription into two. The same principle applies whether two people or twenty people share that workspace.
That does not mean every possible cost is fixed. Your team may use more AI credits or need more storage as its work grows. The distinction is that adding a person is not itself a billable event.

What the plans include
These are the published USD workspace prices as of September 26, 2026. Annual figures below are monthly equivalents; the annual subscription is paid upfront. Check current pricing before choosing a plan.

All four include unlimited teammates. Each paid price is per workspace, not per member. Storage and other limits still apply; Free includes 1 GB of storage and a 20 MB per-file limit.
For a concrete example, Starter is $12 per month on monthly billing whether your workspace has two teammates or ten. That is an illustration of the subscription rule, not an estimate of the total AI work either team will need.
What a credit buys
Credits measure AI work. The amount used depends on the model, how much material it processes, and what it produces. A short text request and a generated video can consume very different amounts.
There is no honest universal conversion from “400 credits” to a fixed number of replies or images. Use the workspace’s usage view to see your own pattern. Ordinary manual writing, editing, and collaboration do not consume AI credits.
The included allowance is shared by the workspace and renews monthly. Unused included credits do not roll over. Purchased extra credits do not expire.
Choose capacity for the work
Start with the actual workload: how often the team uses AI, what kinds of output it creates, and how much material it stores. Upgrade when those needs justify it, rather than because one more colleague should have access.
If you are comparing tools, separate the base subscription from usage charges, storage, and any paid integrations. The principle is simple: bring the people who need to be involved. Pay for the workspace capacity and AI work you need.
